Let’s talk about Fear

In order to overcome a thing, it is always advisable to understand it first.

My book will explore what fear is, its origin and the true nature of fear.  I will discuss fear from the sociological, physiological, philosophical, medical and primarily biblical point of views.

So I have decided to dedicate a few pages to focus on these areas and hopefully answer some of your questions.

Where did fear come from?

What is fear, a natural response, a feeling, an emotion, a spirit or other?

Is there such a thing as good fear?

What is the fear of the Lord?

Can I ever be free from my fears?

Stay with me and keep reading, subscribe to the blog so you get uptodate information as it is posted.

May God bless and keep you in His presence forever, Amen

    • Hi Angela.,
I am really sorry to hear your story. One of the biggest tools abusers use to prey on their victims is fear. In the same way, the enemy can torture us with the spirit of fear and keep us in bondage. Be encouraged because in Christ is the healing you need spiritually, physically and emotionally from all kinds of abuse in your life. Psalm 118:6 says the Lord is with me, I will not be afraid. What can man do to me?
I urge you to develop a relationship so that you can know His Person. Spend time in His Presence and just like the lady with a 12 year history of constant bleeding in Luke 8 who as a result was afflicted and hurting, you too will be close enough to touch Him and experience His healing Power. Believe in His ability to deliver and cleanse you from past abuse. Then hold onto His Promises concerning your present and future. The past is history but the plans God has for your future are good. Have faith and rest in this assurance that in Christ, you have the privilege to be renewed in love.
